Each day you may wake up and say "What Next" meaning your worried about what life or work has in store for you today. You need to be concerned about this because anyone who tells me this means you do not have control of your "Life".
You are allowing outside forces to dictate your future and your time. This did not happen overnight but it was subtle things that occurred over time that has gotten you so off course you fear you can not get back. Have you ever woken up from a deep sleep in the middle of the night and because your room in is in total darkness you are wonder for a few moments where you are. Panic sets in for a moment until you realize you are home, safe, and you are just sleeping. I believe me this is your body telling you some changes need to be made.
Anyone can change their circumstances. It is quite simple, change what you read, Instead of reading trashy novels that provides no value or some self proclaimed athlete who wants to tell you how great they are why not pick up a book about how to become a better version of who you are right now. Instead of the latest Hip Hop, Rap, song why not spend a few minutes turning you car into a Drive Time University.
Look bottom line is that until you are willing to step up and make some subtle changes to get you back on course you will remain in the Darkness and waking up in the middle of the night. It is as easy as changing the Language you speak to yourself and not listening to what others say about you YES!!!!
